Why People Fail in Multi-Level and Network Marketing Businesses?

Why do people fail in multi-level, network and affiliate marketing? There are no secrets to this; everyone in the business, or everyone at the top knows that in order to have success, you MUST have RETENTION and DUPLICATION. PEOPLE, you can have all the tips, secrets, training and that still will not guarantee you success. At the end of the day, it's all about the MONEY.
IF YOU can find a way to retain your group (keep putting money in their pocket) and duplicate that, then there is no reason why you should not succeed.
Other variables that lead to failure:
Sponsors:
I do not care how many people are in the group; it's the sponsor obligation to make sure his team succeeds. HE/SHE needs to be in contact with them or be easily accessible. No one wants to feel like they are on his or her own in this business. HE/SHE needs to train them and raise them to be better than themselves. That's real sponsorship, not someone who sits behind the computer and never has a conversation with his new team members. Majority of them have become more impersonal with the boom of technology. They have the, I'll take your money but I don't want to talk to you mentality. Will the real sponsors show up and be that team leader? If you have to, give up your time, your leads and your money in order to RETAIN these new team members.
Market:
The market is saturated with so many home-based businesses, in particular the multi-level marketing, network marketing and affiliate programs. Someone new to this industry would go insane just deciding which company to join first. Once this person joins, now they are apart of a collective network that kindly competes with one another for more team members (who really are the customers in these busindsses). How can one succeed when there are so many companies and marketers doing the same thing, everyone recycling the same marketing techniques (the market is bombarded with make more money ads), and using the same marketing outlets to place their ads, links, blogs, articles, etc.
The deck is already stacked against the newbie even before they hit the enter button to join or make an initial payment. There are so many marketers but not enough people to market too, a lot of the one's you come across are the individuals who were inclusive of the 96% mentioned earlier (burned by previous experience and now want no parts of the business).
These are just a few of the reasons why these types of businesses do not work for everyone. The real question here is, is there something out there that people can join and have a 100% success rate? That is to be seen, maybe something will launch in the upcoming months.
Stay encouraged no matter your circumstances.
GOD Bless
I have heard of something in the works.
